407 Lincoln, Miami Beach’s tallest and most prominent office building, is being redeveloped by SHVO in collaboration with internationally renowned architects Foster + Partners. The 13-story property stands at a height of 187 feet and faces Lincoln Road, Washington Avenue, Lincoln Lane/One Soundscape Park. Once complete, the redevelopment will transform 407 Lincoln Road into a Class A, ultra-luxury, office space with an emphasis on high performance and sustainability. It envisages the renovation of the property’s famous clock tower, recladding the building envelope, signature double-height loggias, and the addition of a rooftop with ocean views and wellness-focused amenities. The redevelopment will further reinforce an emphatic through-connection between Lincoln Road and Lincoln Lane/Soundscape Park.

This represents SHVO’s second collaboration in Miami Beach with Foster + Partners, in addition to The Alton, and the firm’s second office property on Soundscape Park, in addition to One Soundscape Park.

“The revitalized 407 Lincoln is set to make a positive contribution to the urbanity of Miami Beach, creating a building that is of its place. Showcasing the sustainable focus of the project, our design approach significantly lowers the embodied carbon of the project by retaining the existing structure of the building, while giving the building a new lease of life.”
