Big Red

Big Red

333 South Wabash is one of Chicago’s most recognizable office towers.  Completed in 1973, this East Loop, modernist building was designed by Graham, Anderson, Probst and White.   With its bright red façade and prominent position along the Chicago skyline, the building has earned the nickname “Big Red”.

Recently renovated in 2019, 333 South Wabash provides state-of-the-art offices in the most desirable neighborhood.  The building offers amenities that include a curated dining experience, world-class fitness center, childcare facilities, and ample gathering and storage spaces for tenants.

SHVO acquired 333 South Wabash in the first quarter of 2020 and will continue to operate the building, while elevating services and tenant experience.

“Big Red” will maintain its place as a pioneer in the Chicago office market.
